Prom Rental Information
Varsity recommends all tuxedo measurements be completed at least two weeks prior to your prom date, no appointment is necessary. Please note that a $20.00 reservation fee is required at the time measurements are taken. This $20.00 is applied against the price of the tuxedo rental.
Tuxedos for a Saturday prom may be picked up the Friday before your prom. Tuxedos for a Friday prom may be picked up after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Special arrangements must be made for pick-ups earlier than 3:00 p.m. Thursday. You should pick up and try on the tuxedo the day before your prom to insure a proper fit.
Balance on the tuxedo is due at time of pick-up. Tuxedos should be tried on in advance.
Varsity accepts MasterCard and Visa.
To avoid last minute problems try on your tuxedo the day before the prom. It is best to try it on at the store when you pick the tuxedo up. If a problem occurs call the store where you picked up immediately. This will give us time to correct the problem in the most efficient manner possible.
Tuxedos must be returned the first business day after prom. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and any lost articles. Any tuxedo not returned by 6:00 p.m. the next business day is subject to a $20.00 a day late charge.
