Common Questions About Tuxedos
Usually, the bride and groom make the selection. One concern is coordinating the tuxedo color with the colors you have chosen for your wedding. Another is the time of the year and day of the wedding.
There are many variations in emphasizing the groom. All options are based on personal taste. One suggestions, is adding colored accessories, the groom remains in the color of tuxedo accessories to match the bride, while the ushers coordinate with the brides attendants.

Out-of-town attendants can be measured at any formalwear outlet (i.e. tux specialty shop, men's shop or bridal shop that rents formalwear...you will receive the best fit from a shop that has try-on stock for you to be sized in.) This is tuxedo industry courtesy and there is usually no charge to the customer. Varsity provides a special form to be completed by the local shop and sent directly to the Varsity store where the wedding has been registered.

We also recommend that any young boys in the party be measured no earlier than two weeks prior to the wedding, if possible. However, you can reserve your style selection at any time. Ask your Varsity specialist the latest possible day and time for the last minute changes or additions; these orders can sometimes be handled as quickly as one day before the wedding.
