Wedding Rental Information
Varsity recommends all tuxedo measurements be completed at least two weeks prior to your wedding date. Men may come in a group or separately -- no appointment is necessary. Please notify the members of your wedding party that a $20.00 reservation fee is required at the time measurements are taken. This $20.00 is applied against the price of the tuxedo rental.
Tuxedos for a Saturday wedding may be picked up the Friday before the wedding. Tuxedos for a Friday wedding may be picked up after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Special arrangements must be made for pick-ups earlier than 3:00 p.m. Thursday. Everyone in the wedding party should pick up and try on the tuxedo the day before the wedding to insure a proper fit.
Balance on the tuxedo is due at time of pick-up. Tuxedos may be picked up separately or in groups, but all should be tried on in advance.
Varsity accepts MasterCard and Visa.
To avoid last minute problems try on your tuxedo the day before the wedding. It is best to try it on at the store when you pick the tuxedo up. If a problem occurs call the store where you picked up immediately. This will give us time to correct the problem in the most efficient manner possible.
Tuxedos must be returned the first business day after the wedding. In most cases, this means that the tuxedo should be returned to a Varsity store by no later than the Monday after the wedding. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and any lost articles. Any tuxedo not returned by 6:00 p.m. Monday is subject to a $20.00 a day late charge. Tuxedos may be returned separately or in a group.
